Aftercare Process
Take care of your ink, let it heal perfectly.
First 24 Hours
Leave the bandage on for 2–4 hours after your session.
Wash your hands, then gently wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and mild, fragrance-free soap.
Pat dry using a clean paper towel — do not rub.
Apply a thin layer of tattoo healing ointment (as recommended by your artist).
First Week
Wash the tattoo twice a day with mild soap.
Apply a light layer of moisturizer or aftercare cream 2–3 times daily.
Avoid direct sunlight, heavy sweating, and dirty environments.
Do not scratch or pick at any scabbing — let it fall off naturally.
What to Avoid During Healing
No swimming (pools, hot tubs, oceans) for at least 2 weeks.
Avoid tight clothing over the tattooed area.
Do not apply petroleum jelly, alcohol, or harsh creams.
Stay away from sun exposure — use SPF after healing is complete.
Long-Term Tattoo Care
Always keep your skin moisturized.
Use sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) on your tattoo when exposed to the sun.
